Zong starts ‘Online Booking and Doorstep Delivery’ service

(APP): On Monday, Zong 4G, a top telecommunication service provider in Pakistan, announced its new “Online Booking Portal and Home Delivery Service.”

Zong is dedicated to making digital services easy and affordable for all Pakistanis. Their goal is to provide convenient solutions by delivering services directly to people’s homes.

An official spokesperson for Zong 4G stated, “With our customers’ evolving needs in mind, our new Online Booking Portal and Home Delivery Service improve the customer experience. This is part of our ongoing effort to make our services more digital.”

Zong’s home delivery aims to ensure that even those who cannot easily access physical stores can still use their digital products and services.

Customers can purchase various Zong products and services through the Online Booking Portal, including new prepaid SIMs, data SIMs, mobile broadband devices, SIM conversion (MNP), and SIM replacement.

Zong plans to expand this service nationwide, but it is available in 53 cities.
