The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has announced an Rs4.12 per unit increase in electricity prices for January due to monthly fuel adjustment.
Consumers will face additional charges in their January bills, with exceptions for Lifeline and K Electric customers.
NEPRA had previously approved a Rs2.87 per unit increase in electricity costs for Karachi on Wednesday.
