Pakistani spinner Sajid Khan is being widely praised for his brilliant performance in the second Test match against England. Cricket fans are captivated by Sajid Khan’s unique celebration style, with some even saying it resembles that of singer Sidhu Moose Wala.
Sajid Khan openly discussed the emotions behind his celebration style. He said, “When you reflect on your past life, your hard work, and struggles, and then get the opportunity to represent Pakistan on this stage, the passion comes naturally. My father served in the Pakistani army, and I play for this country with the same spirit.”
In the post-match pitch-side studio, when commentator Zainab Abbas asked him about the reason behind his celebration after taking a wicket, Sajid Khan explained, “Whenever I perform at my best, I’m usually the first to be dropped from the team. That’s why this emotion comes out in my celebration.”
He also expressed his frustration, saying, “In the previous series, I bowled well against Australia on their home ground, but I was dropped from the next series without any explanation.”
After Sajid’s excellent performance against England, cricket fans are now asking, “Sajid Khan, where have you been all this time?”
