PTCL Announces Capt. (Retd.) Muhammad Mahmood as New Chairman

In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday, PTCL confirmed the appointment of Capt. (Retd.) Muhammad Mahmood as the new chairman, effective April 1, 2024. The announcement comes following the cessation of Mr. Hassan Nasir Jamy as chairman on the same date. PTCL also released an updated list of its Board of Directors, which includes:
